Aehra will manufacture as per your drawings or approved drawings by you, material descriptions, specifications, and instructions. We are not liable for any damages to you, to your customer and third parties regarding the use of the manufactured products and services provided by Aehra. We at Aehra, do not know where these products or services will be used or installed; We do not keep material certificates on file unless asked in written form with the purchase order. Use and installation of the manufactured parts and services are the sole responsibility of our customers.

If our products do not meet your specifications, please notify us in writing within one week after delivery. We do not accept nonconformance reports or requests after one week.
